Expected to break ground in late 2016, Arabella of Burleson will be a 279,106-square-foot community that will feature 100 independent living units, 30 independent living cottages, 52 assisted living units and 30 memory care units.

Though not finalized, the total project costs for Arabella of Burleson are estimated at $35 million, a representative from Abby Development told SHN.

Dubbed Arabella of Baytown, the new community will be an approximately 284,000-square-foot development that will feature 100 independent living units, 30 independent living cottages, along with 54 assisted living units and 30 memory care units.

In total, Abby Development estimates project costs for Arabella of Baytown at $40 million.

Arabella of Longview includes 132 independent living apartments, 20 independent living cottages, 50 assisted living apartments and 32 memory care apartments. Arabella of Athens includes 12 independent living cottages, 34 assisted living apartments and 21 memory care apartments.
Both communities will be managed by Civitas under the leadership of Wayne and Misti Powell.
