Dallas-based developer, owner and operator of luxury senior housing communities, Abby Development, this week announced plans to build a new project in Baytown, Texas.
Dubbed Arabella of Baytown, the new community will be an approximately 284,000-square-foot development that will feature 100 independent living units, 30 independent living cottages, along with 54 assisted living units and 30 memory care units.
The resort-style campus will include upscale amenities, including indoor/outdoor swimming pools, a stocked fishing lake with walking trails, movie theaters and more.
In total, Abby Development estimates project costs for Arabella of Baytown at $40 million.
The company currently owns and operates six senior housing communities in Texas. Recently, the company has announced two new projects in Burleson, Texas, and Lafayette, La.
