Abby Development, a developer, owner and operator of luxury apartment and seniors housing communities, has recently broken ground on Auberge of Burleson – a Class A, garden-style multi-family apartment community located in Burleson, Texas. The 250-unit community will feature best-in-class amenities including a saltwater pool with swim-up tanning ledges, cabana lounging areas and flat screen televisions. The clubhouse will be equipped with a state-of-the-art, 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, indoor/outdoor resident lounge with party kitchen, resident coffee bar, and professional business center. Other amenities include direct-access and detached garages, landscaped courtyards, dog park, fire pit, volleyball court and outdoor grilling stations.
Auberge of Burleson will offer a mix of spacious one, two and three-bedroom floorplans equipped with granite countertops, wood plank flooring, stainless steel appliance packages, gourmet prep islands, brushed nickel hardware, custom cabinetry, nine-foot ceilings, private outdoor patios/balconies, walk-in closets, modern two-inch blinds and much more.
The site is situated in the rapidly growing southern region of Burleson near the intersection of Southwest Wilshire Boulevard (State Highway 174) and Northwest John Jones Drive (FM 731). The luxury apartment community will be part of the 95-acre Arabella of Burleson Planned Development, which will include single family homes, a seniors housing campus, commercial sites and a green belt with walking trails connecting to the city’s existing trail system.
Abby Development broke ground on the infrastructure, utilities and grading for the overall 95-acre planned development earlier this year, including the addition of Greenridge Drive – a new major collector road that will run parallel to Southwest Wilshire Boulevard connecting Northwest John Jones Drive to Hulen Street. Commons Drive will be extended from the opposite side of Southwest Wilshire Boulevard into the development, providing access to and from a 430,000-square foot existing power retail development. The seniors housing campus and single family portions of the planned development are expected to commence construction later this year. Six tracts comprising over 16 acres are available within the planned development for commercial uses.
